Hi, I am 40Y M 80.5kg 5'11''. Have developed knee pain in right leg since last 1.5years, feel mild knocking on bending knee also since around the same time. Find it difficult to climb stairs as the affected knee doesnt seem to take proper load. i also suffer from knee locking while walking in the same leg. MRI Scan reveal mild erosion of cartilage. I am able to stay active and play mild sports with knee supports, no pain experienced once body warms up so able to run as well. Doctor also suggested knee injections if the pain further aggravates. Is it advisable to go for such treatments. Please advise what exercises should be done. Are there any supplements or multi vitamins that i shall take.

I am 53 years old Has Gall bladder removed due to Stone on 14th August 2012 since then have developed Resistance to Maida and have high acidity if I eat Bread, Cake , Pizza .... Even if i Take a PAN D, Had my first Instestine block on 27th Dec 2017 and was Hospitalized with NBM and a Tube put thru my Nose , now it happened again on 13Th November 2023 & had to go thru the same procedure with Hospitalization of 4 days , I have now created a Phobia and avoid eating and starve and if I eat I take Cremafin in the night twice a week. Hello sir, my age is 38. I am doing exercise like Yoga and walking from many year. Recently I joined Gym as I am not getting time in morning. In first month of Gym I have started with Cardio and light weight exercise. After one month of Gym I started single muscle training as per trainer. My daily routine as follows I woke up at around 6AM in the morning and extending some helping hand to my home minister in her regular work other than kitchen, from 7AM to 7:30AM some Physical Exercise than make it myself ready for office. from 9AM to 7PM office where the complete day sitting on chair as iam working as an accountant in a manufacturing company. After reaching home at around 8PM after 1/2hr i use to go a 30-40mins walking at around 9:30 i shall take my dinner than at around 11PM went to bed if come to food habits morning breakfast south indian tiffens or chapati or poha and at mid day meal is rice and evening snack and dinner chapati/rice as per availability. please suggest what and how to handle this situation and over come the pains in nerves and fatigues thanks
