Hi, I am 40Y M 80.5kg 5'11''. Have developed knee pain in right leg since last 1.5years, feel mild knocking on bending knee also since around the same time. Find it difficult to climb stairs as the affected knee doesnt seem to take proper load. i also suffer from knee locking while walking in the same leg. MRI Scan reveal mild erosion of cartilage. I am able to stay active and play mild sports with knee supports, no pain experienced once body warms up so able to run as well. Doctor also suggested knee injections if the pain further aggravates. Is it advisable to go for such treatments. Please advise what exercises should be done. Are there any supplements or multi vitamins that i shall take.
