मैं 61 साल का हूँ और मधुमेह से पीड़ित हूँ, तथा मेरा फास्टिंग शुगर 166 है। HBAIC 7.3 है, मैं किसी भी दवा का सेवन नहीं करता हूँ। लेकिन मैं सख्त आहार नियंत्रण का पालन करता हूँ। आजकल मैं निष्क्रिय जीवनशैली अपना रहा हूँ। ऑफिस में लंबे समय तक बैठा रहता हूँ। मैं 2 साल पहले तक एक अच्छा धावक था। मैं हर दिन लगभग 10 किलोमीटर दौड़ता था। लेकिन आजकल मैं मानसिक रूप से मजबूत नहीं हूँ। मैं अपने सुबह के वर्कआउट पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने में असमर्थ हूँ। बहुत आलसी हूँ। सुबह 4:15 बजे उठने के बावजूद बिस्तर से उठने का मन नहीं करता। इसका क्या कारण है और इस मॉर्निंग सिकनेस/आलस्य का क्या उपाय हो सकता है
