I do get suffered from slip disc after every 2 or 3 months. My lower back is prone to it. Why so ?

Slipped disc usually happens due to prolonged wrong posture in the flexed position like maybe sitting for long hours for work.
I do not have your exact history but to prevent it from recurring it is very important to correct your posture, get up every hour from sitting position, do back extensions and to strengthen your core muscles under the supervision of a physiotherapist or trainer or yoga practitioner.
There is a specific therapy called the mckenzie treatment for slipped disc which we use frequently for slipped disc and it greatly helps. You can check for a mckenzie certified physiotherapist and take their guidance too.
All these can prevent the recurrence. We have many slipped disc patients who have no repeated episodes.
