In my latest fibroscan, fat was 338 and stiffness 7.3. I have now started doing about 10k steps every day, stopped having food from outside, reduced white sugar. My triglyceride was 161 and hba1c was 5.8. How time does it take to reduce fat cells in liver to around 200 and reduction in stiffness to around 5?
