Hi Dr Ashit My self Hari Krishna, Iam suffering with pain in nerves and fatigues in hole day. this is suffering from last 1 or 1 1/2 years. My daily routine as follows I woke up at around 6AM in the morning and extending some helping hand to my home minister in her regular work other than kitchen, from 7AM to 7:30AM some Physical Exercise than make it myself ready for office. from 9AM to 7PM office where the complete day sitting on chair as iam working as an accountant in a manufacturing company. After reaching home at around 8PM after 1/2hr i use to go a 30-40mins walking at around 9:30 i shall take my dinner than at around 11PM went to bed if come to food habits morning breakfast south indian tiffens or chapati or poha and at mid day meal is rice and evening snack and dinner chapati/rice as per availability. please suggest what and how to handle this situation and over come the pains in nerves and fatigues thanks

Hi Sir, my self Hari Krishna. Iam suffering with fatigues always. Basically in a day i am seating on chair 7-8 Hours hardly 10Min i spent on walk after Lunch and 45-50Min before Dinner and 10-15Min after dinner. As a Lunch i take 100gm (Approx) Rice with Dal and a veg Curry and in night either Rice or two chapatis. Regularly a wake up at around 6-6:30 in the morning and night i go to bed at around 11PM. How can a get curred from this problem.

Hi Madam, myself Hari Krishna aged 45yrs iam suffering with pain in nervous and felling fatigue all the time. My basic routine morning wake up at around 6AM. extending some help to my wife in domestic work and 10-15 minutes exercise and between 7:30-8:30 fresh up and break fast, from 9AM to 7PM at working. Working as an accountant setting in chair. during lunch over i,e 2-3PM gone for a walk for a KM and again setting. after returning from Office going for a walk at least a 4-5KM at around 8PM to 9PM. Dinner at 9:30PM, 10:00 to 10:30 taking or playing with children or if any pending work will complete. Going to bed at around 11PM Please suggest how to over come with pains in nervous. Is any medical test required or medication or excise is enough to over come this Problem One thing more i would like to share that from last 6months we are facing some domestic issue is this also effect on nervous. Please suggest a effective remedies
