Hi.My age is 27.I am overweight and Vitamin D deficient.I have a lot of pain in my knee.I am taking antiinflammatory drugs daily.How can I reduce my weight without hurting joints.

Ans: Hello Anonymous,
Nutrition plays a very important role in losing weight the healthy way. Please go to a good nutrition and follow their customized plan. You can also do some yoga asanas in lying down and side lying positions which don't put much pressure on your joints. You can also go to a physio and learn some mat exercises for core and to strengthen your muscles without weight bearing. Swimming is also excellent for you and it won't hurt your joints.
