I'm 42 yrs, 5.3 height, 65 kgs overweight. I have many health issues & consult with many docs. I have pcos, IBS, Vertigo, Breathing problems, fatty liver, low level energy, & lately diagnose with spinal problems. I can't sit for long, walk long distance, or do heavy works, in short, I can't be active. Which is why my fats increases & cholesterol & fatty liver adds to it. Since I cannot indulge in active workouts, please tell me what I should do to reduce my fats & weights. I don't eat junk foods, oily foods, eat meals moderately twice a day, don't eat much meat but more veg. I need help.

Ans: These are some basic guidelines that u can follow -
- Regular meal timings
- Have minimum 2-3 meals in a day
- Protein with every meal
- Replace refined oil with cold pressed oil
- Incase of IBS understand which food triggers it, and eliminate that food item
- Avoid packaged and processed foods
- Manage ur stress levels well, because gut issues have a lot to do with the stress levels
- Quality sleep of 7-8hrs
- Start with some basic physiotherapy and learn some exercise from physiotherapist, that will help u in losing weight
