Hi i am age 47 my wife is not interested physically infact when i tried becoming cozy with her she started interaction related to holiday diwali etc it seems she doesn't want to have my feeling keeps on playing candy crush or always in mobile phone during lunch or dinner when we are together now it seems conversation from my end everytime not possible please guide me out

It could be one of these:
1. Hormonal changes related to age OR certain medications that she maybe taking
2. A disconnect between the two of you OR lack of emotional connection
3. Boredom in the bedroom OR lack of something new in sexual intimacy

मेरी उम्र 60 वर्ष है और मैं मेरी पत्नी 54 साल की है. हमारी शादी को अब 33 साल हो गए हैं और हमारे 2 बड़े बच्चे हैं। मेरी पत्नी को शारीरिक संबंध के प्रति हमेशा कम रुचि रहती थी. पिछले 10 वर्षों से उसकी रुचि कम हो गई थी और पिछले 6 वर्षों से पूरी तरह से बंद हो गई थी। वह किसी भी शारीरिक संबंध से बचने के लिए एक अलग कमरे में सोती है। वह हमेशा कहती है कि शारीरिक संबंध बनाने के लिए हमारी उम्र बहुत हो गई है और हमें अब शारीरिक संबंध नहीं बनाने चाहिए। मुझे सप्ताह में कम से कम एक बार शारीरिक संबंध बनाने की इच्छा होती है और कोई संबंध न होने के कारण मुझे चिड़चिड़ापन महसूस होता है और इसका असर हमारे सामान्य दैनिक संबंधों पर भी पड़ रहा है। दुर्भाग्य से वह इस बात को नहीं समझ रही है और जिद पर अड़ी हुई है। कृपया सुझाव दें कि इस समस्या के समाधान के लिए क्या करना चाहिए?

what pranayams are there for tennis elbow problem. Also I regularly do 4 pranayams 8 minutes each (1. Kapal Bhati 2. Kumbhakam 3. Anulom Vilom 4. Bharamri) apart from brisk walk everyday for 30 minutes. Is that Ok for me or do I need to increase,I'm 49 years of age with no medical problems.
Ans: It’s wonderful to know that you are consistent with pranayama and walking. Your routine is already very good for maintaining overall health, especially at 49. Since you have no major medical conditions and are practicing regularly, it seems you're on the right path.

Regarding Tennis Elbow:
Tennis elbow is caused by overuse of forearm muscles. While pranayama won’t directly treat the elbow, it reduces inflammation, stress, and improves circulation, which helps in healing.

There are no specific pranayamas just for tennis elbow, but the ones you are doing are quite effective in supporting your healing naturally.

Kapalbhati (8 mins) – Energizing and good for metabolism.
