नमस्ते मैडम, मैं 34 वर्षीय कामकाजी मां हूं और मेरी 9 साल की बेटी है। वेतन- 85000 रुपये प्रतिमाह, पिछले 2 वर्षों से 34,000 रुपये एसआईपी में निवेश किया है। वर्तमान एसआईपी 13.10 लाख है। हर साल 5-10% जोड़ रहा हूं। 53 लाख का आवास ऋण है। 15 वर्षों के लिए ईएमआई 55,000 है। (मैं और मेरे पति संयुक्त) 2032 तक बंद करने का प्रयास करूंगी। 50 वर्ष की आयु तक लगभग 5 करोड़ के कोष के साथ सेवानिवृत्त होना चाहती हूं, क्या आप कृपया सुझाव दे सकते हैं कि इसे कैसे प्राप्त किया जाए।

आपकी मौजूदा जमा पूंजी 16 साल बाद 92.6 लाख रुपए हो जाएगी।

साथ ही, अगर आप 16 साल तक 34 हजार रुपए की मौजूदा सिप जारी रखते हैं और सालाना 11% से ज़्यादा टॉप-अप करते हैं, तो आप करीब 4.08 करोड़ रुपए जमा कर सकते हैं

दोनों सिप को मिलाकर आप अपनी इच्छानुसार करीब 5 करोड़ रुपए का कॉर्पस बना सकते हैं (13% मामूली रिटर्न माना जाता है)।

अब समय आपके पक्ष में है, इसलिए सिप में अब से एक अच्छी रकम (11% प्रति वर्ष न्यूनतम) जोड़ने में संकोच न करें। इससे बेहतर कंपाउंडिंग होती है और बाद में लक्ष्य कॉर्पस तक पहुँचने के लिए कम सालों के लिए बड़ी रकम निवेश करने की परेशानी से भी छुटकारा मिलता है।
