Thanks for ur reply..We want relocate to Lucknow . we have shared the same with our child ,he is okay with it. The only thing he want that he dont want to go to crèche now.so i think i should go ahead with relocation now

Is there any answer for my query asked on 07 Jan 2024. Male 42 Year, Wife 38 (housewife), Two Kids age 9 and 5.5 (both school going), living in Ghaziabad, Job in Gurugram. I had a loss of my own property when my brother cheated on me, then I had another loss of around 25L in a property. Because of this, I disturbed mentally and physically both. Currently living on rent in Ghaziabad and doing daily up & down to Gurgaon for job which takes around 4.5 hrs. Thought of shifting to Gurgaon, but because of cost factors (like daily expenses, rent, school fees etc) are very high in Gurgaon as compared to Ghaziabad. But not at the age of 42, health does not allow the 4.5 hrs of daily journey as well as my kids want my time also. Ultimately, point is that, if I will stay in GZB and purchase a property here, I will have to commute daily for 4.5 hrs OR if I'll go to Gurgaon, meeting the expenses are difficult. Kindly suggest.

Hi Anu..I m living in New Delhi for last 4 years with my husband and 9 years old son.We both basically belong to Tier 2 city.We both r working hence my child is going to creche which he hates now.My husband and i were thinking of returning to our hometown so that expenses will be reduced and kid will find his cousins and relatives. But we are afraid that he might not get exposure which he could get in Delhi in educationand sports. So we are in delima..what will.be best for him?

It depends on which Tier 2 city you are planning to relocate to...
Yes, it's a fact that some Tier 2 city schools may lack the infrastructure to support extra curricular activities or what a larger school in a Tier 1 city can offer. Also, since your son has been in New Delhi for the past few years which are the most impressionable years, please expect adjustment problems in terms of social adjustment within school and friends...

Do prepare him adequately for the major change and who knows he might also like it as much as you and your husband do...But plan and prepare him for this change...Take his opinion into consideration before taking the decision to make that shift...maybe you can use the summer holidays for your son to have a feel of what a Tier 2 city is like and what it means to live there long-term. This should also help you and your husband to take that final call on this...

I am 39ys old and working as software engg in Bangalore.I live with my wife and 2kids.. I am normally very minimalist.. my office working hybrid model and i stay in rental house... Still I not bought any flat..son studying 2nd younger one is pre school ,my wife is home maker ..I have confused.. regarding plan to move home town near city..which south part of tamilndau..leaving banglore or staying here .. due to I am always feeling job insecure . And kids will learn mother tongue but afraid about is it good decision any one suggest me pls.

Ans: It's important to think practically not panic and preempt,something out of nothing ... insecurity in your job creeps in out of various situations, understand what's triggering that, address the problem, don't jump from frying pan to fire.

The current Hybrid model means you need to report to the office atleast 2 days a week, what's your travel & stay plan,from home town to Bangalore, will you really save...or spend more?

Learning mother tongue is from mother n no need to relocate..!?
Be grateful for the equal opportunity Bangalore gives people from all over India, pick up your performance, don't look for shortcuts.

Ask your wife to do a work from home job or take tuitions at home,to supplement the income, if the need be!?

If we have high blood sugar. Then is it not good to avoid meal and go for fasting . To normalise sugar level. Because anti diabetic drug makes pancreas to release more insulin. Whereas body does not need so high sugar. So is it not better to first skip meal so that sugar becomes normal on its own. Because insulin release by drug stimulation is useless because thee is no requirement of excess sugar by the body. But doctors simply prescribe drug . They do not say that one must try to normalise sugar by reducing food intake. Pl. Clarify ?

Incase of fasting, you need to do it under proper medical guidance!

Dear Sir, Below is the report of my wife CT SCAN CONTRAST My question is for KIDNEY damage that how much chances are there if kidney stone operation done successfully, means as of now kidney is works or not works. MSCT SCAN OF KUB MSCT imaging was performed using submillimeter thin contiguous axial scan of KUB with oral and I.V. contrast. Coronal and sagittal Reformatted images were obtained. FINDINGS/OBSERVATIONS: Right kidney and ureter: RK measures :72 x 36 mm 4 mm sized calculus (800 HU) is noted in lower calyx of right kidney. Rightkidney shows moderate hydronephrosis with dilated upper ureter with presence of 11.5 x 7 mm sized calculus (1400hu) approximately 3.6 cm distal to the right PUJ. There is seen multiple cortical scarring and thinning of parenchyma involving the right kidney. No renal mass or other lesions. N Left kidney and ureter: LK measures :107x50 mm. No calculi. No hydronephrosis or hydroureter. No renal mass or other lesions. No urothelial lesions: No filling defect, dilation, stricture or wall thickening. Urinary bladder: Well distended. No evidence of calculi or obvious mass lesion. On post-contrast study, both the kidneys shows normal post-contrast enhancement and simultaneous excretion. IMPRESSION: 1. Right kidney shows moderate hydronephrosis with dilated upper ureter with presence of 11.5 x 7 mm sized calculus (1400hu) approximately 3.6 cm distal to the right PUJ. 2. Multiple cortical scarring and thinning of parenchyma involving the right kidney.

Ans: Need to consult an Urologist.

My wife aged 50 feeling her bladder is going to loose mostly in summer. Also done scanning in which no major blockage found just 2mm spots found. even then dr recomended surgery. My sister also done this Child bladder surgery 5 years back but she is suffering from lot of problems like over weight , calcium deficiency and hypertension and muscle weakness. In that case we have no sax from last 2 years. please suggest what can be done.
