My little finger of left hand pains a lot due to continuous use on pc, mouse. It seems little bent (inward) also. I take lot of breaks from my work. Pl suggest some solution

Ans: Hello Anonymous,
It is important to some stretching exercises of the neck, shoulder, forearm and palm area. That will help the finger too.
You can just for one to few sessions to a yoga teacher or physiotherapist and learn the proper way of stretching/strengthening as required once they see you.

Hi I am 40 years old working in a high pressure job. I have had a very peculiar problem for about 20 years now. Since I was 20 years old I have been spending long hours on PC for entertainment and my job. Whenever, I use my right hand for moving the mouse, I get an acute pain which starts from my little finger and upto My upper back, shoulder and upto some point in my spine which I can't pinpoint exactly. I can't keep my Right hand on the mouse for more than 2 minutes. So, I started using my left hand for moving the mouse about 20 years ago and I have become ambidextrous now when it comes to moving the mouse on a computer. But till date I can't keep my right hand on the mouse for more than two minutes as the pain from my little finger to upper back returns. However, I am able to manage with my left hand. I consulted a few doctors but none could diagnose the problem correctly and I also ignored the problem. But as I am ageing now, I am not feeling good about it. Can you tell me what could be the problem??

What should I do after my bsc in medical
Ans: Hello Priyanka.
It is not clear whether either of you has completed your B.Sc. in Medical or not. But I am assuming that you are presently pursuing it. The scope of this branch is wide. Either you can pursue the job, or you can start your own business. However, I would like to suggest that if possible, you do a DMLT course to start an authentic lab. Working as a technician or technical assistant may not boost your career to a great extent, and the salary may also not increase proportionately. Hence, it is better to add a course with a B.Sc. that will help you start your business. With a small capital, you can even start a business selling surgical items, which could turn into a big business in just a few years. Best of luck for your upcoming future.
