But my mother is worried about me because she thinks that Iam doing heavy physical work and no proper food . She always fights with me to stop this as it makes my face look like a patient . She said that Iam getting weaker and weaker day by day as my face is looking dull. I don't understand what to do . Want to be fit is everyones goal right ? Please suggest a good diet for me. It should not affect my outer appearance especially my face. Thank in advance

Ans: - Have 3 proper meals
- Include protein with every meal, reduce a bit of carb in the diet
- Along with proper exercise, eating whole foods is equally important.
- Avoid packaged and processed foods
- Have a good sleep schedule -7-8hrs/day

Dear Roopashree,My name is Sweeta. I am 24 years old. My height is 5.4 feet. My weight is 52 kg. I am from Assam. My problem is that I have an apple-shaped body -- heavy breast, size 36 and thin legs, thin arms, slim hips.My upper body is too heavy and lower body is thin. This happened after I left gymming.I tried working out at home but see no difference.I don’t know which bra to wear as my breasts look unnatural.I am going through lack of confidence as people body shame me a lot of the time,I have belly fat too.And the last thing is I am pure vegetarian so I can’t go for non-vegetarian diet.Waiting for your kind and valuable response,Sweeta Sharma
Ans:

Our body weight and shape depends on various factors including our physical activity, diets, daily routines, age etc.

We often focus on the first two and end up disturbing the inner balance of our hormones and other bodily functions.

Therefore, you should first focus on regaining your inner body balance, both mental and physical.

Practice surya namaskar daily -- the vinyasa form.

Learn from professional teachers and avoid immature videos if you haven't practiced yoga before.

Since you have been working out, focus on strengthening your core -- try planks.

Also, start breathing exercises, especially Kapalbhati pranayam.

Losing or gaining weight in the right places will happen once your body is healthy and balanced.

Vegetarian diet has enough sources of proteins. Add more sprouts and legumes to your diet. Also, eat lots of salads; this will provide high fibre to ensure your digestive health.

Career
I take 2 partial drop with pursuing plain bsc I was preparing for NEET exam but I wasn't serious the way I should be and wasted whole two years now I am not able to understand what to do I am not able to see anything about my career after bsc I don't understand what to do
Ans: Ansika, Feeling lost after a partial drop and NEET preparation is common, but a BSc degree opens a wide array of career paths across science, healthcare, technology, data, and even management sectors. You can pursue higher studies such as an MSc for specialization in your field, MCA for a strong IT career, or an MBA to transition into business roles. Direct job opportunities after BSc include research assistant, lab technician, data analyst, clinical research associate, teacher, or roles in industries like pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and environmental science. Government sectors like forest services, agriculture, railways, and hospitals also recruit BSc graduates for technical and administrative roles. If you are unsure of your interests, consider a psychometric test to identify your strengths and aptitudes, or seek guidance from a career counselor to align your skills with emerging opportunities. Explore internships or short-term certifications to gain practical experience and confidence in your chosen field. Focus on your strengths, stay open to diverse opportunities, and remember that many successful professionals started with uncertainty—your BSc is a valuable foundation for multiple rewarding careers. All the BEST for your Prosperous Future!
