Hi Health Gurus-I'm 59 years old and a freelance Tax Consultant...I have a lot of muscle pain(especially legs).Neck and back also hurt a lot.Is it due to eye strain,and almost 4-5 hours of sitting in front of the system.I got diabetes recently(130-fasting,200-PPBS)and had tennis elbow(sorted now)and have stopped going out for Audits after Covid..Please advise way forwards and life style changes...

Ans: Hello Rajesh,
Please go a to holistic wellness coach or a naturopath or yoga teacher.
You need to take care of the 4 pillars of wellness:
1) Nutrition-a nutritionist or a wellness coach needs to understand your current diet schedule and accordingly give you a nutrition guideline. They may also include supplements like D3, B12 etc.
2) Exercises-either a good yoga teacher or physiotherapist can check your overall muscle tone/ strength and give you an exercise schedule to follow.
3) Mindfulness/meditation-the yoga teacher can guide you towards some form of mindfulness and meditation that can greatly help you mentally and emotionally and hence enhance your overall health.
4) Sleep-a deep sleep of 6-7 hours is important for our body to be rejuvenated.
