Hi Health Gurus-I'm 59 years old and a freelance Tax Consultant...I have a lot of muscle pain(especially legs).Neck and back also hurt a lot.Is it due to eye strain,and almost 4-5 hours of sitting in front of the system.I got diabetes recently(130-fasting,200-PPBS)and had tennis elbow(sorted now)and have stopped going out for Audits after Covid..Please advise way forwards and life style changes...
