I had twisted by left wrist while riding. Now its ok by my elbow is hurting. What should I do

Ans: Hello Sedrick,
There are some muscles that connect the wrist and elbow so maybe you have strained that muscle.
Usually icing for 10 minutes followed by hot packs for 10 minutes relieves the pain. You can apply any pain relief gel like Volini post the icing and hot packs. This can be done twice a day for 3 days.
If still not better than please show to an orthopedic or physiotherapist.

Hi! I am 53 year old male suffering from tennis elbow in right hand for last 3 months. I have developed this pain while playing table tennis. Please advise if there is any remedy for it.

Ans: Hi,
Tennis elbow usually happens because of overuse. Rest until the pain heals. Also you might need a few physio sessions followed by exercises so please visit a nearby physio clinic

Hi, I am 39 Years old and I have Tennis Elbow on my right hand, I want to do some exercises that need my hands to bear my body weight, and doing them increases pain on my right elbow. It has been like this for past 3 to 4 years, the pain goes down when I don't exercise and comes back when I do, kindly suggest me for its permanent solution.

Ans: Tennis elbow usually happens because of overuse. Giving the hand the rest it needs and time to heal is the best solution. You can also visit a nearby Physio who can gradually help you go back to your activities

Dear Neha, I am 49 years old, Male, and have an acute pain whenever I raise my right arm at an angle of 30 degrees upwards. Since I play cricket on weekend and have to bowl, it gives me immense pain whenever I rotate my right arm clockwise or anticlockwise. This pain starts from shoulder and stretches till my biceps. I had it checked and somehow could not arrive at the root cause of this issue. Can you tell me what is causing me this pain and suggest what needs to be done?
