ADHD is becoming increasingly common nowadays, so please know that you are not alone in this battle. It is fabulous that your son enjoys working out. I will strongly suggest that you enrol him with a qualified yoga instructor to help him reap the many benefits of yoga. Yoga has been shown to play a significant role in reducing the symptoms associated with the inattentive and hyperactive-impulsive forms of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Yoga promotes mindfulness, increases focus, and helps calm the mind, among many other benefits. Yoga has been proven helpful in improving ADHD symptoms. Asanas like cobra or Bhujangasana, Vrikshasana, Cat-Cow pose, downward facing dog or Adho Mukha Shvanasana yeild fantastic results with these kinds of patients.
