HI I have the problem of recalling the things / work/assignment/names also. what should do to overcome this problem. As i am doing multitasking job. its is unable to recall. i am also 120 kg and diabetic i want to reduced the weight and focus on concentration in my job. pls help me
Ans: Dear Rashesh, keeping a priority to-do list, should be created. Check which activity takes precedence and do that in the order.
Create a whatsapp group with yourself, speak(leave a voice message) or write the important things and then accordingly do them so that you do not miss them.
Have a office buddy who reminds you of your tasks- it could even be a post-it on your desktop screen.
