If she prefers ECE and hardware/communication fields, and values established placements and infrastructure, SRM Ktr ECE is better.

Consider her long-term career goals and interest area along with location and fees before deciding.

Go with CSE if you are really interested in computer filed. Since your JEE score is very less, I will advice you not to choose CSE. Yet the final decision will be yours.
