I was working in a reputed bank since 4 yrs 8 months now, getting married in may, i left my job last week as wanted to spend some time with family as my fiancé works abroad and i will be moving there. I am just scared now and feeling that i left job too early, what if i don't get a job due to 7 plus months gap. Need advice

I have been working in a product based company for the past 7 years in an non-it background. Now i got an oppurtunity to work as an data analyst in the same company itself. But due to lack of skills and past experiance in this field, am facing a tough challenge here to understand what is happening in the team and the data analyst concepts. Hi, I am 27 years old male, unmarried, have Btech degree in EEE (75%)and been working in an IT company for past 5 years. Hi Sir, I have 20 years experience as a ETL technical lead, and since i am very good with attention to detail, i kind of stuck with this tech lead role for too long now. My salary is stuck at 15 lakhs and with 20 years experience and the technologies that keep changing, finding job is getting difficult. Even after learning new technologies, i am repeatedly being put in same old legacy stuff and also for my experience, they expect more from me which i am not able to answer due to my under exposure . I should have been atleast a senior architect now. But technology is becoming a hard nut to chew on these days. i am also inclined towards program manager kind of job but then since i have been in technology for 20 yrs now, if i have to start as a manager it will take a whole lot of time and effort to reach program manager role. Also, if all i have to concentrate is on becoming a program manager then i feel that this 20 yrs of experience may go waste..and maybe i repent that i should have started early in my career and should have taken a project manager role so that by now i would have become a program manager...i am so lost and inspite of being so senior i am not able to make decisions nor do i have clarity on what i want...

Hi sir, I had completed my m.tech in transportation engineering in 2012. After working for 6 month as assistant professor I had to quit my job due to complications in my pregnancy and couldn't join after that. After 6 years I was able to get back. So I decided to try my luck in govt job. I passed exam but couldn't crack interview well. My lack of confidence and lack in experience was the reason. Despite leaving the company in May 2023, I have yet to receive my due payments. I have sent numerous reminders through email, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls, and I have also met with them face-to-face twice. It has been a common practice at my previous company to delay the full and final settlement for employees who resign. Timely salary payments have also been an ongoing issue, often requiring follow-up calls every month. Furthermore, the company has not been providing facilities for deducting PF, gratuity, or other employee benefits, which is a total exploitation of employees. Although the company began opening PF accounts last year following government regulations, the overall compliance remains insufficient. Given the company’s established presence in the IT industry for over 30 years and its workforce of more than 100 employees, it is disheartening to experience such treatment. I have served the company for more than 17 years, but they have never paid my salary on time, even though the company is financially sound. Would it not be better to persue cse and then have a certification on UI/UX or graphics design to expand the career fhoice in case if she does not get into IIT through UCEED. During my 2 and year I got email it states that under performance.so,will be under observation for next 15 days. I received termination after 20 days. Dear Sir/ Madam. I am 46 years old working in a reputed organisation. I have around 24 years experience and have worked in big Multinational companies. My job is technical job and have earned and saved good money. I earn a monthly take home salary of Rs. 3 lakh currently . I can crack easily any interviews as my communication is very good. But I find it very difficult to perform technical job due to limitation in grasping things. I was a below average student as I find it very difficult to remember. I do drama in work place and survived 24 years. Because of this I am very unhappy. But now I am in a stage where I want to be myself and be happy without being afraid in work place.
