There’s someone in my office who is extremely friendly with senior managers but behaves very differently with junior staff. Instead of depending upon your team members, may I suggest you also learn the AI tools, for AI is the new software + internet, as we cannot manage without software and internet so is AI.

Hello Sir, My cousin is in Bangalore and he scored, 93.3% in JEE mains, 80% in CBSC, his CET and comedk scores are not that great- over1 lack and 80k. We have secured CSE and related seats in VIT-AP cat-3 and cat-4 and in VIP Bhopal -cat 2. What do you suggest, shall we look for comedk collages outside Bangalore or go for VIT.. My suggestion would be to prioritize VIT over lower-tier COMEDK colleges.
Since the JEE Main percentile is 93.3%, but the KCET rank (1 lakh+) and COMEDK rank (80k) are not competitive enough, it is difficult to get top Bengaluru colleges, like Ramaiah Institute of Technology, BMS College of Engineering, Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, or Bangalore Institute of Technology.
Between the available options:
VIT Bhopal (Category 2) is a better choice than VIT-AP Category 3/4, especially if the branch is CSE or a CSE specialization.
It is still worth participating in COMEDK counselling, but only if there is a realistic chance of getting a decent college such as Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, CMR Institute of Technology, or similar. I would not recommend choosing a lower-tier COMEDK college over VIT just because it is in Bengaluru.
So the priority would be:
