I am a 32 years old woman. I started working late in life and currently working as manager in a mut-national life insurance company. As this is sales driven job I am finding it difficult to cope up with it. I do not have temperament for it. Also the working environment of the organization(some employee getting preferential treatment) is putting me off and making me angry. I am holding on to the job because I do not have option now. I am a master in International Business from a reputed Australian University. I am very fond of reading and writing journal, good in written and oral communication. My biggest problem is honesty and integrity, i am very sensitive to criticism. I want to work ethically. At this moment I have no clue about which is most suitable area for me to work. Pls guide me on preferred area of work and how do I get there.

Ans: Follow your ethics and morals and do not bend on that even if it means that you get uncomfortable at your job. In the end you will be satisfied and also sleep well! In this world, it is difficult to find many who follow this difficult path… I am sure you will become a guiding force for many!

Hello sir, I am very good at communication & analysis skills...I love to do any business analysis like studying new business in and out....Ex I can take any field do research and plan beautiful business to start....I am 40 years old what to do big in life..... I am totally confused to choose field for me.... Kindly suggest
Ans: Hello! It’s great to hear that you have excellent communication and analysis skills. You mentioned that you love to study new businesses and plan beautiful businesses to start. That’s a fantastic skill to have! Based on your interests, you might want to consider a career as a Business Analyst. Business analysts are responsible for helping companies improve their operations and procedures, reduce costs, and identify inefficiencies. They work on project teams and analyze business problems using technical solutions. They also create system documentation and user manuals, work on multiple projects at once, and understand an organization’s processes as they relate to a project’s goals.

To become a business analyst, you typically need a bachelor’s degree in some type of business discipline such as business analytics, business information systems, business administration, logistics, statistics, sociology, political science, or finance. Employers hiring for more advanced positions often look for candidates with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Keep in mind that you don’t necessarily need a master’s degree to advance in this field. Sufficient experience, specialized knowledge, or solid performance may qualify you for a business analyst position.

Here are some popular business analyst career paths to consider:

Data Analyst: Collects and organizes data to find useful information.
Network Analyst: Analyzes and optimizes network performance.
Test Analyst: Develops and executes test plans to ensure software quality.

Hello Madam I am 30 years old, I have been working as a marine Engineer in a ship from last 5 years. But my work is so frustrating that I don't want to do it anymore, but since I need money to feed my family I am doing this job, I have father mother and wife , who has expectations from me , sometimes I think I should do MBA but that too require preparation money and time , but I don't know whether I will be happy after that or not , can you help in deciding how should I navigate my life in career prospective, how can I find right career for myself Kindly guide me to the right path Thank you.
Ans: Hello!!
A marine engineer with over 5 yrs of experience must and should be earning a good salary which can take care of all his family members, right?
Salary wise you are in a good space. What is that is frustrating about your job? List them all out and go about eliminating them from your working life. For every frustration , add a solution against it, check if they are solvable, seek help if required to solve them. Trust me any job you seek there will always be something frustrating about it. You yourself rightly said that MBA and after that is no guarantee that you will be happy. So ponder deeply and check what is that you want your career to look like and feel like and go about achieving it. I am a great believer of putting everything on paper and mapping them to goals. All goals are achievable whether it pertains to career or family or any other goal you have in mind, you just have to lay a road map and start traveling on it. Have the courage to take that route, you don't know what is in store until unless you travel on it. I know your parents and wife have certain expectations of , how about asking yourself also, what is that you except of them and what is that you want out of your life. Be true to yourself also. The quality of your life is based on the quality of your choices and the quality of your relationships. Career is just one aspect of your life, it is a means of earning a livelihood. When you are at sea, see if you can make use of the peace to study and finish that MBA. I am mentioning this is to tell you that you either complain or be part of the solution. Create a WIN WIN, you just need a change of mindset to change frustration into opportunities. Hope this helps...
All the best!!

Hello sir this is Nishat , I passed my 12th in the year 2023 with a good percentage but however I couldn’t see it for chemistry exam. So obviously I failed in that subject so I decided to again reappear for that exam and in 2024 I gave betterment exam from my state board in the subject biology and chemistry. However I scored far better in biology than last time but (Chemistry) I don’t know maybe it’s it’s because of the issues that we have with our board. I couldn’t score good marks so even I had decided to give (Chemistry) separately and so in 2024. I again set for (Chemistry) exam under nios I and I scored 80 so now the thing is that I’ll be having two mark sheet so while applying in need I cannot possibly select the code 2 because although I already have the state board certificate but the NIOS certificate is not yet out and it will be out by end of the March sir can I possibly select the code one that is appearing or will it create problems while counselling or is there any other option please help me out sir , I’m very desperate like I have prepared for neey for the last two years and I don’t want to put my hard work into vain. Please Sir help me out
Ans: Hello Nishtam
Please select code 1 without any fear. Focus more on your study. But considering your fear and anxiety with the chemistry subject, it is recommended that you choose other options than NEET. This time you appear without any fear.

If you like the reply, please follow me else ask again without hesitation.
Thanks
Radheshyam
