My Son is 24 yrs old and working in a Big 4 audit firm for 6 LPA..He got trained in Salesforce and has certifications..But no proper work experience since there aren't many projects.. What should he do now for a career growth and can he switch to non technical side in the IT field?..Plse suggest options too..Thanks in advance

Ans: One option is to do an MBA and then move to managerial roles. He would have to prepare for entrance exams like CAT, XAT, GMAT, etc based on his interest. Second option is to do short courses in areas that he is interested in and move to other domain. Third option is to switch jobs and join company where he can work on projects where he can get some relevant work experience.
