मैंने 2011 में 70 लाख में एक संपत्ति खरीदी थी, वर्तमान बिक्री मूल्य 180 लाख है, 300 लाख में नई संपत्ति खरीदने का इरादा है, 28 मार्च तक कब्जा मिल जाएगा, जबकि पंजीकरण 24 दिसंबर तक हो जाएगा। कृपया सुझाव दें, क्या मुझे पूंजीगत लाभ कर देना होगा?
