Ans: कानूनी उत्तराधिकारी को मृत्यु की तारीख तक अर्जित आय के लिए आयकर रिटर्न दाखिल करना होगा। मृतक की ओर से रिटर्न दाखिल करने के लिए कानूनी उत्तराधिकारी को आयकर वेबसाइट पर खुद को पंजीकृत करना होगा। मैं समझता हूं कि आपने अलग लॉगिन का उपयोग करके आईटीआर दाखिल नहीं किया है क्योंकि कानूनी बाल और रिटर्न संसाधित नहीं किया जा सकता है।
