मैं 45 साल का आदमी हूं. मैं सप्ताह में 5 दिन व्यायाम करता हूं। 3 दिन 30 मिनट और 2 दिन 50 मिनट दौड़ें। मेरा कोलेस्ट्रॉल 170 से कम है। दिल की धड़कन 56 से 65 है। उच्च रक्तचाप है लेकिन दवा टेमला 40 और टेमला 40 सुबह बना रहा हूँ। अस्थमा भी है. आमतौर पर मेरे हृदय क्षेत्र में दर्द होता है, लेकिन डॉक्टरों का कहना है कि यह फेफड़ों के कारण हो सकता है। कोई भी अंतर्दृष्टि मदद कर सकती है

मैं 42 वर्ष का पुरुष हूं। मेरा बीपी 130/90 रहता है। कुल क्लोएस्ट्रोल 161, एचडीएल 42, एलडीएल 115। मैं हर दिन 4 किमी पैदल चलता हूं और नियमित व्यायाम करता हूं, आमतौर पर मेरा बीपी 90 से 100 तक उतार-चढ़ाव करता है। मेरी नींद 7-8 घंटे तक ठीक रहती है, मधुमेह नहीं है, कुछ समय के लिए घबराहट की समस्या है, कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें।

Hi everyone..I am Poornima kashyap currently studying in class 12. I am a humanities student with subjects- english, political science, maths, economics and psychology. I have developed anxiety because of my toxic family and i am not able to concentrate at all. I have no space to study. Earlier i wanted to pursue a career in psychology but now as i am studying it i am realising that it is not my cup of tea. I have no hopes about my life and future. I always had and still have a passion for travelling and want to get rid of this toxic family and house. Please somebody enlighten me or it will be difficult for me to even survive without a goal
