Sir I am diabetic patient for last 5 yrs and my sugar level is fluctuating. There are some diabetic related problems like neuropathy, tiredness please advise.

Ans: Hello, strict sugar control and frequency small meals will help to improve the symptoms. Please try to follow good diet and exercise routine which is Mandatory to have a good control of diabetes. Maintaining proper hydration 3 lit/ day fluid intake is also advised.rest you can do consultation and take proper medication required.

Hi i am a Diabetic age 46 please advise how to control sugar level suffering from last 15+ years ?

Ans: Hello. Diet, exercise, good sleep and some medications.
Diet: low carb as much as possible. Avoid any packaged or processed foods/ artificial foods.
Exercise: 45 kin to 1 hour daily moderate exercise, 2 days a week strength training
Sleep: 6-8 hours daily.
Stress relief: yoga, meditation, hobby
Medications: As prescribed by your doctor with regular checkup at least once in 3 months.

I am a dibetic patient, my sugar level often fluctuating, recent reading of sugar a week ago is fasting 182 PP is 282 , also m a pancreatic patient, food does not absorb in body, loosing weight drastically, I take medicine Mclazide M metformin & Piopar 15 morning & evening with insulin novomix 26 in morning & 22 evening, kindly advise

Ans: Pancreatic juices help digest fat and protein more effectively along with Bile. If you have a weak organ Pancreas, try having dinner by 6 pm. Rest, continue the medicines

Hi I am 54 years old and diabetic since last 6 years. Despite of regular medicine, walk & avoiding sweet intake, My sugar level stays around 200-250. I m taking medicine i.e. Azulix mf3 & 500 (Before breakfast) , Jalra 50+1000 ( After Lunch) and Trivolib 2mg. My weight is 84 Kg and Height is 5'11". Please suggest the corrective steps.

Ans: -More home cooked meals
- Avoid sugar, honey & jaggery in the diet
- Protein with every meal, reduce the carb intake(roti/ rice)
- Exercise regularly
- Post meal -15-20min of relaxed walk
- Quality sleep - 7-8hrs/day
- Manage stress

Dear Sir, My relative's son is pursuing B Tech in Computer Science, 3rd year from Bengaluru. He is finding it difficult to pursue/memorise the theoretical aspects, including hard-core s/w coding part. Since you are in process development, I'm not very sure whether you do the process mapping or even the coding. In case you are doing only process mapping then MBA is the right degree, but in case you are into development then you need to do further courses in latest technologies.
