If you are inclined towards a job, then the course will be different; if you are more inclined to do business, the selection of the course will also differ. The options you mentioned are good. With a 23K rank in category 1 or 2, you may secure admission to core branches like Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical easily or to some computer-related branches. However, if you are only interested in CSE, it may be somewhat difficult to gain entry with this rank in these colleges. You may need to compromise on the branch in these colleges if necessary.
