Some chance to get into the mindtree company which I got placed
Ans: Hi,

Thank you for writing in.

You can reach out to Mindtree and request them to relook at your candidature. It's quite common that candidate's going back to the organization's for reconsiderations. Dont' hesitate. Organization's welcome good candidates.

Few things to keep in mind-
Before reaching out please be well prepared with your responses the HR might ask. For example- what brings you back. Here, please have a reasonable response. You might not want to sound you are considering Mindtree as a back up or secondary option. No organization will like to heat that. So come up with a strong and reasonable response.

In the mean time,
- Keep the job hunt on.
- You can connect with some good Recruiting agencies in the market who can help you connect with organizations for a job.
- Reach out to your references and mention that you are looking for an opportunity.
- Post on linkedin as open to job's
- Reach out personally to HR/ Seniors in your industry on linkedin

Most importantly be positive and have patience. You will soon get what you want.

Hope this helps. All the best.

To Your Success. Be You. Be Confident.
