My stomach bloated whenever I eat anything, how to overcome this

Ans: Hi Balkar, this would require a review of your diet, and you can consult a dietician or your physician to review your diet and gut health. The addition of carminative herbs like ginger, fennel, and clove can also help. In terms of yoga, postures like Pavanmuktasana or Apanasana and Sarvangasana can be helpful. Since bloating is linked to increased stress levels, relaxing practices like 1 min in child pose, 3 mins in Shavasana, 5-10 mins of Pranayama and 5-10 mins of Meditation should also be included to start with.
