Hello Roopashree....I have a busy and active lifestyle owing to work, I have no complaints for the same but is there any 'Lite' version of yoga I can pack in my morning ritual and for how long it should be to be effective. Am grappling with backpain by the way please...Regards Sidhartha

Ans: For backpain you can start with simple stretches like Tadasana, very slowly without putting any strain on the back as it can lead to further damage. For a healthy back, sleep on the floor for an hour before you head to the bed. Also try 'Balasana' (child pose) for 3-4 minutes before getting out of the bed to give proper stretch to the back.

Could you pls kindly help & suggest at the earliest - Which is better option : B.E Chemical engineering in BITS Pilani (Pilani campus) plus minor in Material Science/chemistry OR B.Tech in (a) Dyestuff and Intermediates (Speciality chemicals) or (b)Pharmaceuticals Chemistry & Technology from ICT Mumbai(Matunga). I have very clear focus of doing Phd in Organic Chemistry(either in US or Europe) and enter the corporate world of Pharmaceuticals/Agrochemicals/F&F/Speciality chemicals/Performance Chemicals..
