Hello Madam Due to stress life I want to do some yoga please let me know about yoga type and process

Ans: I truly appreciate your decision to turn to yoga for managing stress. Yoga is a powerful way to bring peace, balance, and strength to your life—both physically and mentally.

Best Types of Yoga for Stress Relief
Hatha Yoga – Slow and gentle, perfect for beginners to relax the body and mind.

Restorative Yoga – Uses props to deeply relax and release tension.

Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) – A guided relaxation technique that calms the nervous system.

Pranayama (Breathing Practices) – Most effective for calming the mind and reducing anxiety.

Simple Yoga Process to Start With
Sukhasana (Easy Sitting Pose) – Sit quietly and focus on your breath.

Anulom Vilom – Alternate nostril breathing (10 rounds).

Bhramari (Humming Bee Breath) – Creates deep calmness (5 times).

Balasana (Child’s Pose) – Relieves mental and physical stress.

Shavasana (Corpse Pose) – End your practice with 5-10 minutes of deep relaxation.

Why Learn With a Coach?
To get the full benefits safely and effectively, it’s best to learn yoga under a qualified coach. A coach will guide you with the right techniques and sequences based on your body and lifestyle.
