Hello Doctor, I am having problem while driving car.When I am in driving mode I get unbalanced towards left side.It happens all the time.My neck also pains. Is this the sign of vertigo.Can u pls suggest me some medicines or what shall I do to cure it.As it becomes a severe problem only while driving.

Ans: Hi,
Unbalanced only in a car could not be a sign of vertigo. Visit an Orthopaedic and get an X-ray or MRI if need to get a proper diagnosis of your condition so you can move towards a protocol that best suits your condition.

Vertigo can be due to multiple reasons. It is either related to your sinus points and other issues in the ears. Or cervical spondylosis is the cause.

You should evaluate the root cause. Check if you have blood pressure fluctuations and accordingly go for treatment to a doctor.

If it is related to issues with the ear, an Ayurveda practitioner can help with a course of treatment that might include steam inhalation to clear your sinus points behind the ear, breathing exercises, etc.

If it’s a cervical spondylosis, then visit a physiotherapist.

Also constant mobile gazing is a common cause of vertigo these days. Try digital fasting by cutting your screen viewing for a week to check if there is any improvement.

Hello Maam, I am 45 year old marri3d woman. Since past one year, I hv been feeling slightly dizzy. My current issues are chronic left shoulder pain since past 10 years. I do physiotherapy exercises and now still doing on.my own. These help relieve pain around the shoulder. Could i be feeling dizzy due to that. Also when I undertake lkng distance drives around 160 kms, I feel very dizzy. Pls can you guide me as.to what could be wrong.

Ans: Kindly check your cervical spine for any degenerative changes.
This looks to be totally a postural cause due to long hours in front of screen and using digital, with holding them on the left hand
Try looking into these situations.

solution for vertigo problem

Ans: Hello Prakash,
There could be many reasons that cause vertigo-like inner ear canal issues, neck muscles being tight, low bp, stress, eye issues.
You need to first go to your gp and help him rule out and understand the cause of your vertigo.
If it is related to neck muscles being tight and a vestibular issue then physiotherapy could help you.

Hi Sir, My son studied IGCSE and completed 10th standard. He is pursuing commerce stream. After 12th standard, we are looking for BBA or integrated MBA through IPMAT. My question is should i continue Cambridge A&AS Level or shift him to ICE or it fo not matter much. He is good in studies. Kindly advise.

Stay with Cambridge A & AS Level, but ensure he takes Mathematics. Focus on IPMAT entrance preparation alongside board studies. If needed, he can take additional practice from NCERT books for better alignment with IPMAT.

Congratulations on planning to get admission to IISC for your son. Admission is highly competitive, so early preparation will be beneficial. Here are some tips: (1) Strong Focus on the Core subject of Mathematics (2) Learn Python and SQL programming skills (3) Participate in Mathematics Olympiads (RMO, INMO) (4) Join a Coaching Program to learn ISI-specific training (like PiVerb, Cheenta). (5) Encourage solving puzzles and logic games (Sudoku, Chess, Codeforces). (6) In class 10- Build strong basics in ICSE Math, start Olympiad-level problems (7) In class 11 - Solve tough problems, focus on Calculus & Algebra, and start Python (8) In class 12 - take mock tests, solve past ISI papers, revise Probability.
