Hello Doctor, I am having problem while driving car.When I am in driving mode I get unbalanced towards left side.It happens all the time.My neck also pains. Is this the sign of vertigo.Can u pls suggest me some medicines or what shall I do to cure it.As it becomes a severe problem only while driving.

Ans: Hi,
Unbalanced only in a car could not be a sign of vertigo. Visit an Orthopaedic and get an X-ray or MRI if need to get a proper diagnosis of your condition so you can move towards a protocol that best suits your condition.

Vertigo can be due to multiple reasons. It is either related to your sinus points and other issues in the ears. Or cervical spondylosis is the cause.

You should evaluate the root cause. Check if you have blood pressure fluctuations and accordingly go for treatment to a doctor.

If it is related to issues with the ear, an Ayurveda practitioner can help with a course of treatment that might include steam inhalation to clear your sinus points behind the ear, breathing exercises, etc.

If it’s a cervical spondylosis, then visit a physiotherapist.

Also constant mobile gazing is a common cause of vertigo these days. Try digital fasting by cutting your screen viewing for a week to check if there is any improvement.

Hello Maam, I am 45 year old marri3d woman. Since past one year, I hv been feeling slightly dizzy. My current issues are chronic left shoulder pain since past 10 years. I do physiotherapy exercises and now still doing on.my own. These help relieve pain around the shoulder. Could i be feeling dizzy due to that. Also when I undertake lkng distance drives around 160 kms, I feel very dizzy. Pls can you guide me as.to what could be wrong.

Ans: Kindly check your cervical spine for any degenerative changes.
This looks to be totally a postural cause due to long hours in front of screen and using digital, with holding them on the left hand

solution for vertigo problem

Ans: Hello Prakash,
There could be many reasons that cause vertigo-like inner ear canal issues, neck muscles being tight, low bp, stress, eye issues.
You need to first go to your gp and help him rule out and understand the cause of your vertigo.
If it is related to neck muscles being tight and a vestibular issue then physiotherapy could help you.

I 32F have been dating my boyfriend for about a year now. He has a young daughter from his previous marriage, and they share custody. I understand that you are in a tricky spot but it is important to understand that when it comes to their child, they have the right to make decisions and ignore everyone else's, even yours. You should keep your relationship and their co-parenting situation separate. Having said that, if you think your BF's ex is overstepping, communicate that to your partner, while letting him know that it bothers you and might even create friction in your relationship. An open and honest discussion is the only way around it. If expressing your discomfort is causing tension or considered ‘controlling,’ then you need to rethink the relationship.

I am sure your partner is truly trying to balance things, but since he is dating you, he should be aware of the areas where that balance is lacking. Communication is the only way.

Ans: MIT ( Boston) is having world ranking 1 and fees are very high and acceptance criteria is very very low. So drop this fantasy and try for other universities of USA. Now a days in 99% US universities there is no funding in the 1st semester. If your financial condition is very poor then drop the plan of MS from USA right now. Complete your Mechanical Engg, save substantial amount and then try. Even in India you can prove yourself as one of the best Mechanical Engineers. Ans: Yes, the burn marks can be made better with cosmetic surgery. But we may not be able to get absolutely normal skin in most cases.
Only after a physical consultation, a proper comment can be made.

I have taken a group health insurance policy from a bank where I have a saving account five years ago without any medical checkup. I have not availed any claim and there was no preexisting disease. I am taking 5 mg of prednisolone daily for last five years for a skin disease. Will this affect my future claim if arises any? I am worried about this .

You need to make appropriate disclosures before signing up and also before renewal, if you were diagnosed with any major illness/medical condition.

An investment of 30 K with 10% top-up each year will be required to be continued for 10 years minimum to reach a corpus of 1 Cr(12% return considered from pure equity mutual funds).

You may invest in a combination of flexicap mutual fund and a Large and Midcap type mutual fund in proportion of 50:50.

For pension you may invest in NPS with active choice and maximum possible equity allocation. Contributions can continue upto 70 age.

If you are financially sound, then you should prefer IICT Gandhinagar, which provides better career prospects and practical skills relevant to the field of Data Science than VIT Vellore. However, this does not mean that VIT is not a better choice. If VIT is nearer to your home town and easily accessible, then you may opt for it. But if distance, money are not issues., then preferably go with IICT Gandhinagar.

Nowadays payment for IPO allotment is through the process of ASBA(Application Supported by Blocked Amount) wherein funds needed to finance your IPO application are blocked.

If the funds are not enough the application will not go through.

Their no fine or penalty but it may affect your reputation with the bank/broker.
