I had disc bulge l5s2 10 days back.will my life be normal like as nodmal life.

Ans: Disc bulge could be a process of ageing and degenerative spine or it could an early degenerative changes due to wrong postures.
So one need to work out the ergonomics and understand how they are in their posture while conducting various activities. A change in the lifestyle with mindfulness, allows, one to have a normal life

Firstly get to a nearby Ortho and physio and take care of the pain and inflammation
Secondly avoid bending and lifting heavy weight until your muscles have the strength to do so.

Got L5S1 slip disc.Age 43 male. Doing exercises as suggested by ortho doctor. Will it be recovered fully. Can I take homeopathic treatment and Aurvedic also. Does they help. What else to do. Todays docotor dont talk much and gives medicone only. U tube becomes the only option.

Yes definitely homeopathy and Ayurveda can help a lot.
Also please go to a Mckenzie certified physiotherapist. Mckenzie treatment is a series of simple exercises designed especially for slipped disc. It can make a huge difference in your symptoms and preventing a relapse.

Ans: Hello Subhash. Sorry to hear about your condition. I have a little different view point . I suggest taking one more opinion from a different Physiotherapist. It is hypothesized that nearly 70% of lumbar herniated nucleus pulposus (HNP) undergo the resorption to a significant degree after acute herniation. From my perspective back extension is most important exercise.

You may use the same certificate for application purposes, but you must have a valid one, including the creamy layer and Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) status, at the time of admission. Your admission will be based on this. Therefore, it is advisable to obtain a new certificate.
Better apply for same and get it ASAP.
