best diet at the age of 48

Ans: - Protein with all meals
- Excercise regularly - cardio + weight training 3times a week
- Drink enough water
- Quality sleep - 7hrs/day
- Shift from Refined oil to Cold-pressed oils or filtered oil
- More home cooked meals
- 1-2 fruit in a day (if no metabolic disorder)
- No caffeine after 3pm
- post meal relaxed walk -15-20min
