Hi I am 5'6" and 73 kg and want to reduce to around 65.kg i am not fat but want to be more lean and toned up...i exercise 2 to 3 times a week but am not too consistent...also i am trying to avoid sugar.....will that help and what types of exercise at home.or.gym.will.help.to reduce the weight...

Ans: First of all you have to start working out regularly. Intense exercise will help you to tone up your body something like HIIT. Gym workouts can also be a good option as it will help you to gain some muscle mass as well. And dont forget to focus on what you are eating. Good amount of protein intake everyday equals to good toned body.
