I am 51 yrs old with a fit body of 85 kg weight, would like to reduce 10-15 kg to become more fittter. kindly advice

Avoid refined carbs especially sugar, bakery items, fast foods, aerated water, alcohol, etc. Sleep well and drink lots of water daily.
