Ans: Dear Dr, You have very good experience . You can try searching by keeping the industry open . These days clients prefer people from different industries aswell as they bring in a very different perspective. Normally the hiring takes a backseat during dec, but hopefully it should pick up from Jan. All the very best !

Ans: You are in finance and your complete experience is in finance. I would advise you to go for at least an online MBA in finance and try for the job in India.
