Hi, I’m Arjun from Bangalore. I recently started a new job, and every time I meet someone, I feel like I’m not leaving the best first impression. It’s like I know they’re judging me in those first 7 seconds, and I’m not sure if I’m doing enough to make a positive impact. My body language is thoda awkward and sometimes I get nervous while speaking. Kya aap mujhe kuch tips de sakte ho, jisse main apna first impression improve kar sakoon?

Ans: Hi Arjun
You are giving an impression of being extra conscious.
We tend to overthink as to what others think/perceive about us.
The best way is to be your natural self rather than trying to be someone else. Yes we all have areas of improvement & we must continue to work towards self enhancement but it should be based upon your own honest introspection & not lead by what others think/feel, some random thoughts.
Feel free to ask about any specific area of self development that you feel the need to work upon.
All the Best !!
