Hi I have resigned and relieved from my company after completing all the formalities .However my company is not releasing my Full and Final payment. Also they hold my 2 month salary. In spite of regular followup there is no response from my company. Please suggest what should I do. I was in senior manager position and huge amount is pending

Ans: Dear Patrick,
If you are not in a managerial position, you can approach the labor commissioner for your full and final settlement. In my opinion, I would suggest to contact your company once more for the payment before you approach the labor commissioner.

Dear Sir, I resigned my previous company on 12th Oct-23 and got no dues on 28th oct-23 and send it for my full and final payment. Full fill all company formalities. But still today, my previous company not giving my full and final settlement. I had approached so many times to HR and chairman of the company also. But they are not responding. What action should I took so that i get my full and final amount? There is remarkable amount for full and final settlement. Regards

I have not got my offer letter but I have joined after 3 months i have informed the company i want resign my job and i took leave for 3 days which have been informed priorily but after i gone the job thr company askwd me to leave the job they took the keys with me now they have holded some money from my salary, i have spoken to the company but they fefused to pay what canni do

Joining a company without offer letter or any document makes your employment non binding. Inam sorry' but you can't do much. Nonetheless you may want to talk to lawyer.
