Dear Sir, I resigned my previous company on 12th Oct-23 and got no dues on 28th oct-23 and send it for my full and final payment. Full fill all company formalities. But still today, my previous company not giving my full and final settlement. I had approached so many times to HR and chairman of the company also. But they are not responding. What action should I took so that i get my full and final amount? There is remarkable amount for full and final settlement. Regards

Hello Sir/Madam, This has been a practice of my company to delay the Full & Final settlement for employees who resign from the company. The final settlement along with the experience letters will be received after almost 2 months of leaving the organisation. This is the case with normal employees who serve three months notice period. These 2 months are very chaotic as the new company keeps requesting for the experience letters. There is no specific reason cited by the organisation for the delay in making the settlement. Sometimes the reasons seem petty. As a manager, I know this is wrong but I was helpless. 3 months back, our organisation had laid off many employees including me. They informed us that we will be getting three months salary as severance pay. The first two months were credited on time i.e 1st of each month. However, the third month payment has been stopped. They informed us it will be settled with the F&F settlement. There were no timelines mentioned to us. There is no letter issued to us - Neither laptop acceptance or resignation acceptance. I am getting job offers but they expect a firm date for joining along with the experience letters. I am not in position to furnish them these details. What can I do in this case? The company that I worked for is a BSE listed firm with strong financials.

Hello I joined private ltd. firm in October, 2024. The company has not provided me appointment letter and salary slip but credited my salary in my account. When I asked for appointment letter and salary slips the company just forwarded me mail on 20th January 2025 to handover the charge to other person without any notice to me which I did. Now they are not paying my December salary and January, 2025 full and final settlement. I was property manager in the company. Please suggest me what can be done in this case.

Ans: (Hacker?) If you have passed Class 12 with PCM from CBSE with 67% in 2025, you are eligible to appear for JEE Main in 2026 as there is no minimum percentage required to register for the exam. However, a minimum of 75% marks in Class 12 or a position in the top 20 percentile of your board is required for admission to NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs, while IITs also require a 75% aggregate for the general category at the time of admission—not for sitting the exam itself. You may still write JEE Main for experience and private/university-level engineering institutes, many of which require only a pass in Class 12 with PCM, often with significantly lower entry percentiles. Apart from JEE, alternative engineering entrance exams like BITSAT, VITEEE, and state CETs are open to you. You may also explore career options in B.Sc. I got 94.15%ile in JEE MAINS and 3200 COMEDK AIR , but I fvckcd up my boards pedu 89 , eng 86 , phy 53 (just passed) chem 54 (just passed) , math 09 (failed. After getting the results I was so demotivated , and also I didn't prepare well for my July maths compartment , yeah ik it was my fault and I totally accept it, I'm assuming 22-24 marks but if I get fail in maths again , I assume I've to give the exams on feb-mar 2026 (yeah as I will be taking drop im okay with it and I'll prepare good this time) BUT the question is for JEE I need 75% which I need to score 94/100 to get it (its not possible honestly) so I need to give improvement in Phy and chem too also to fulfill BITSAT criteria, now the QUESTION IS " WILL I BE ELIGIBLE TO GIVE COMPARTMENT IN MATHS AND IMPROVEMENT IN PHY AND CHEM TOGETHER IN FEBRUARY-MARCH2026 SESSION?"

She agreed to take ECE or EEE also if CSE is not alloted in a good college.. Please guide us, We are thinking of taking a seat in ANITS vizag in CS cybersecurity which she got from APEapcet rank 10k...just in case she is not alloted any seat in CSAB in good colleges..
