My son recently take up the new assignment at USA having Visa R type H1B through TCS ,issue Date : 25th April 22 & Expiration Date : 30sept24 where as Passport expiration date is 7thAugust24 . My son wanted to switch over to USA based company as TCS is paying very less salary as compared to USA based company . can he join MS course there with H1B visa or for joining MS course he should have student visa Please advise.regards
