Sir, My son is in Class Xth. My question is what is the way after Xth to make a career as a scientist in organisations like ISRO, DRDO, or any other central scientific research institutes?

Ans: Go for IISc & IISER after the 12th if your son wants to work as a scientist in ISRO, DRDO, etc.
