Follow all the guidelines already suggested to you. Your kid is very small and it is not worth thinking about what will happen after 10-15 years. Please focus only on the 8th,9th, and 10th standard syllabus and his progress. The child becomes capable of thinking on his own from the 11th standard. Meanwhile, visit the official website of ISRO to learn more about them because the criteria and exam patterns change year by year. Hence you have to update accordingly. Basically, the career path starts only after the 10th standard. Hence keep patient for the next 2-3 years. Enroll his name to Science Olympiad Foundation examinations which are conducted specially for schooling students.
