Hi experts, I'm a 26M Dentist looking to start my investment journey. I've researched a lot in the last few days and have shortlisted these three funds for Sip investments for 10+ years with a step-up of 10% :- 1)Parag Parikh flexicap 2)Icici multi asset fund 3)Motilal Oswal midcap fund Total investment will start with 7.5k per month. Any opinions, advice regarding these, especially changes to be made and fund allocation with respect to the three are most welcome.

I am 48 years old and me and my wife earn close to 5 lakh every month . i have 10 sites in Bangalore totaling 20000 sft @ avg price of 6500 per sft at current market value and savings of 1.2 cr. Already owning house and 3 let out properties . For constant income is it advisable to sell couple of sites and construct houses for rental purpose or sell properties and invest in mutual fund as i don't see much appreciation in real estate

Dear sir, I am currently 45 and just off from my dependents i.e., my 3 sisters out of which 2 were expecting my help to settle on their life - both my sisters off from their burden to an extent as their son started working and daughters were married to a decent families. I am looking at building a corpus of around 35 cr in the next 15 years by Investing in SIP...
