Hi i am a married woman aged 45 years, i am happily married and have a loving husband. My husband travels a lot due to work and my son is studying in college in Pune. Everything was going fine in my life, but few months back a MBA graduate boy 23 years joined our office in my team. He had to report to me, and our company send us for sales corporatemeetings to Mumbai and other cities often. Gradually we became close and he confessed he had a crush on me. I was falttered but told him i am much older and married. Although i was very flattered that he found me attractive. If you do not have an open marriage, then what you are doing is certainly wrong. When has cheating ever been right? Especially when you did not mention anything wrong with your husband. I am not judging you; but I would suggest that if you want to keep this up, you either come clean to your husband or let him go. This isn't fair. You living your life to the fullest should not harm or hurt others.

Guys that age are still confused handling emotions and it does take a while for them to understand the difference between lust and love.The boy maybe infatuated with you and you don't want him dealing with his 'mommy' issues. You cannot take care of him like he would want a mother to and you end up parenting him. Even if you wish to argue this and call it love, how are you going to be able to manage your husband and your family.

It is understandable that you have your 'needs' BUT surely you can come up with other ways of handling it, right? Take charge of this being the older and wiser person and stop this before it becomes a challenge. The boy has a life ahead of him to explore lust, love, responsibility etc...let him do that on his own time and pace...

Talk to your husband and tell him about how lonely you have begun to feel without his presence and how much you miss sex. The two of you surely can figure something out, yeah?

आपको ईपीएफओ पोर्टल पर जाना होगा, "एक सदस्य - एक ईपीएफ खाता (स्थानांतरण अनुरोध)" पर नेविगेट करना होगा, अपने विवरण को सत्यापित करना होगा, और स्थानांतरण अनुरोध आरंभ करना होगा, यह सुनिश्चित करते हुए कि आपके पास अपने पुराने और वर्तमान नियोक्ता का विवरण उपलब्ध है।

चिट फंड अक्सर धोखेबाज़ फंड साबित होते हैं, इसलिए सख्त मनाही है।

पीएसयू बैंक के साथ आरडी आपकी निवेश यात्रा शुरू करने का एक अच्छा तरीका है।

मैं आपको सलाह देता हूं कि आरडी परिपक्व होने के बाद म्यूचुअल फंड में एसआईपी देखें, आपके पास आपातकालीन निधि के रूप में 6 महीने का व्यय कवरेज है और आपने टर्म लाइफ इंश्योरेंस खरीदा है।

इसके अलावा रिटायरमेंट प्लानिंग के लिए एनपीएस खोलना और उसमें निवेश करना न भूलें।

आपके वर्तमान खर्च 22 हजार प्रति माह तक हैं।

34 साल बाद यह राशि 6% मुद्रास्फीति को ध्यान में रखते हुए 1.6 लाख प्रति माह होगी।

इसके लिए 5-6 करोड़ की राशि की आवश्यकता होगी।

आपका वर्तमान निवेश आपको लगभग 1.2 करोड़ देगा जो कि काफी कम है।

34 साल बाद 5 करोड़ से अधिक की राशि जमा करने के लिए आपको NPS में कम से कम 25 हजार प्रति माह निवेश करना होगा। (NPS से 8% का मामूली रिटर्न माना जाता है)

इसके अलावा आप ऑटो चॉइस से एक्टिव चॉइस में शिफ्ट हो सकते हैं ताकि 50 वर्ष की आयु तक इक्विटी में 75% आवंटन सुनिश्चित हो सके। (ऑटो चॉइस में 35 वर्ष की आयु के बाद इक्विटी आवंटन कम हो जाता है)।

आपको संबंधित श्रेणी में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर विभिन्न परिसंपत्ति वर्गों के लिए अलग-अलग फंड मैनेजर रखने की अनुमति है।

वर्तमान फंड मैनेजर ठीक लगता है, लेकिन आपको हर साल प्रदर्शन की समीक्षा करने की आवश्यकता है।

रिटायरमेंट के लिए धन जुटाने के लिए एक ही निवेश के बजाय 2-3 निवेश विकल्प रखना बेहतर है।

EPF/PPF, NPS और MF का मिश्रण ज़्यादा उपयुक्त होगा।
