आदरणीय महोदय मैं एक वरिष्ठ नागरिक हूँ। वित्त वर्ष 24-25 के दौरान मेरी सकल आय लगभग 7.5 लाख रुपये है, जिसमें से 5 लाख रुपये बैंक ब्याज से हैं। उपरोक्त के अलावा, वित्त वर्ष 24-25 के दौरान मेरी LTCG आय 3.4 लाख रुपये है नई कर व्यवस्था के तहत मेरी कुल कर देयता कितनी होगी? मेरी मानक कटौती के रूप में 50,000 रुपये। सादर डी चक्रवर्ती दिल्ली

Ans: मान लें कि FD से 5 लाख रुपये का ब्याज मिलता है और पहली तिमाही में 3.4 लाख रुपये LTCG मिलता है, तो नई कर व्यवस्था के तहत कर देयता 24960 रुपये होगी। कृपया ध्यान दें कि 50k मानक कटौती वेतन/पेंशन आय के लिए है और धारा 80TTB की 50k कटौती नई कर व्यवस्था के लिए उपलब्ध नहीं है। आप https://eportal.incometax.gov.in/iec/foservices/#/TaxCalc/calculator पर उपलब्ध आयकर कैलकुलेटर का उपयोग करके भी इसकी गणना कर सकते हैं।
