क्या आपने हाल ही में विशेष रूप से विटामिन डी3, विटामिन बी12 के लिए अपना रक्त परीक्षण कराया है?
विटामिन डी3 का कम स्तर नींद में खलल के साथ-साथ जोड़ों में दर्द भी दे सकता है।

पिछले 3-4 दिनों से सुबह-सुबह बिस्तर पर लेटे-लेटे पीठ में अकड़न महसूस हो रही है। लेकिन दिन चढ़ने के साथ यह ठीक हो जाता है। राहत पाने के लिए मैं क्या कर सकता हूं?

My son has scored 98.26 percentile in jee mains and he wants to do CSE through NIT but I am doubtful that he would get it as his rankbis 26674, IIT category 1 also is doubtful so which institutes would be better for him for overall engineering career

My son got admission at SRM KTR Chennai in Btech specialisation in Software Engineering. Should he re-appear for entrance exam second attempt at same college to get admission in Btech specialisation in AI ML. Which one is better in terms of future placement prospects.

If your son is interested in AI and ML, then ask him to retake the test. Do not compromise with the preferred branch. AI ML is more preferred than Spe in Software Engineering.
