Ans: नमस्ते। मोटापे का सबसे अच्छा संकेतक आमतौर पर मध्य भाग का घेरा होता है, यानी नाभि के स्तर के ठीक ऊपर पेट के चारों ओर का कुल माप। इसे यथासंभव कम रखने का प्रयास करें। यह घेरा संभावित फैटी लीवर के लिए भी एक अच्छा संकेतक है। यहां वृद्धि से सूजन और डकार भी आती है। अन्य कारण खराब पाचन और जीईआरडी हैं। उच्च वसा/परिष्कृत कार्ब वाले भोजन से बचें। चीनी और कॉफ़ी, चाय और कोला जैसे कैफीनयुक्त पेय पदार्थों से बचें, यदि बेहतर नहीं है तो कृपया एक बार चिकित्सक को दिखाएँ।
