My girl was cheating me 2yrs back .. still we are in a relationship because I can't leave her but I don't forget that duration where she cheat me . Point is whenever I remind that I feel disturbed and become most negative person I'm .. Q. How to avoid that feeling?

Ans: It's understandable that the memory of your partner's infidelity still affects you, even after two years. It's important to recognize that these feelings are normal and valid, and it's okay to need time and space to heal.

One way to avoid these negative feelings is to focus on the present moment and the positive aspects of your relationship. Try to find ways to reconnect with your partner and build trust in your relationship. This may involve having open and honest conversations about your feelings and working together to establish clear boundaries and expectations for your relationship moving forward.

It's also important to take care of your mental health and well-being. Consider seeking support from a therapist or counselor who can help you work through your emotions and develop coping strategies. Additionally, practicing self-care, such as exercise, healthy eating, and relaxation techniques, can help improve your mood and overall well-being.

Ultimately, it's up to you to decide whether or not you can move past the infidelity and continue the relationship. It's important to remember that forgiveness is a process, and it may take time to fully heal and trust your partner again. Whatever decision you make, it's essential to prioritize your own emotional well-being and do what's best for you.

How do I ace class 11 pcb stream just by self study
Ans: To effectively study PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology), follow these practical steps: (1) Utilize YouTube Lectures Effectively – For each chapter, watch YouTube videos while keeping your textbook open. Read along with the lecture to reinforce understanding. (2) Identify and Clarify Doubts – While studying, note down difficult concepts or topics you don’t fully understand. Get them clarified using Google, textbooks, or by discussing them with friends, teachers, or family members. (3) Make Concise Short Notes – Prepare summary notes for each chapter, including important formulas, key concepts, and diagrams for quick revision. (4) Regular Revision is Key – Revise daily or weekly to ensure long-term retention. Consistency in revision helps in mastering concepts effectively. (5) Practice Difficult Questions Frequently – Focus on complicated, lengthy, and previously incorrect questions to strengthen your problem-solving skills. Regular practice improves accuracy and confidence. (6) Study During Your Most Productive Hours – Identify whether you are more focused during the morning, evening, or night and study difficult subjects during those high-productivity hours for better comprehension. (7) Follow the 45-10 Study Rule – Study for 45 minutes to 1 hour, then take a 10-minute break. Short breaks help maintain focus and prevent burnout. All the BEST for your Bright Future!

I want to take drop for JEE 2026 in JEE 2025 January attempt I got 40% I know it is very bad I studied online from PW (Arjuna + Lakshya) but I did only one thing that is backlog covering I watch all the lectures in 2x and make notes only not done any questions practice because my whole time gets busy in covering backlogs and I get distracted while doing the online preparation so now I finally decided to go to an offline coaching centre in Indore ( ALLEN DWK Campus) currently I live in Sagar. So sir please can you guide me what to do now and what is the best dropper strategy I should follow please sir
Ans: Hello Dear.
You have made a wise choice by joining offline classes for JEE preparation. You have already completed the syllabus and the examination process. You understand your strengths and weaknesses. Prepare a list of topics where you excel and those that need improvement. Attend all classes consistently. Clarify any doubts regarding topics and concepts you may have missed. Take all tests conducted in the classes. If possible, enroll in a top online test series platform. Aim to solve as many previous question papers as you can. Create a "Rankers File" for yourself, including all the essential formulas, summaries, and handwritten notes. This file will help you quickly revise all topics at any time. Maintain a safe distance from electronic gadgets. Concentrate solely on your studies and strive to study a minimum of 8-10 hours per day. To achieve success, hard work is essential. Best of luck for your bright future ahead.
