I always want to take a break from my daily office life and go for a short trip. I even did that twice but I was never able to enjoy those days completely. In fact, I started comparing those trips with my daily travel routine. What is this feeling called? What is happening exactly?

Ans: Dear Anonymous,
I wouldn't know what that feeling is called BUT I surely feel that you have no idea why you made those trips.
Anything that lacks a purpose can make you feel aimless which is what both the trips did for you.
Why did you plan those trips?

Ask yourself if there is something that you are trying to escape from OR if you want to prove something to someone by traveling? Both these are going to make you compare them with your current life and you are never going to be happy spending all that time and money.

Plan trips that are more fulfilling in terms of what you are looking forward to in these trips (especially when you travel SOLO)...Is it a sightseeing trip or a retreat or a laid back holiday? What are you looking forward to in these trips? Once you define them for yourself, you will surprisingly enjoy them even more and not compare them with your regular office commute. Whatever you do as a trip for yourself, be in it completely and enjoy...it can be a very fulfilling experience!

My wife does not like Travelling. I am retired person wish to visit many countries. Travelling, meeting different people, tasting local food, writing blogs etc are my passion...however my wife hates travelling. Being vegetarian , wife not willing to have food at Hotels abroad. She says I will be tired & I can sustain cold climates but willing to undertake trips within India. Should I sacrifice my passion?

I am working in a good priviate company for the last 32 years . For the last 6 months I am loosing interest in work orin office wanted to stay at home. But I had realised that even at home during holidays/sundays I do not feels good at all, dont like to talk intereact etc. even do not like to visit any wheres . all the tims=es scared about unwanted worries . I am 46 years and fairly healthy, been into my profession for 24 years and am department head at present.For last one year I have started feeling I am falling short of new ideas, creativity and motivation for self . Often it so happens that I just sit at the office and complete my chores but unable to get any enthusiasm for work. What could be the reasons, how to change????

Dear Sir, Below is the report of my wife CT SCAN CONTRAST My question is for KIDNEY damage that how much chances are there if kidney stone operation done successfully, means as of now kidney is works or not works. MSCT SCAN OF KUB MSCT imaging was performed using submillimeter thin contiguous axial scan of KUB with oral and I.V. contrast. Coronal and sagittal Reformatted images were obtained. FINDINGS/OBSERVATIONS: Right kidney and ureter: RK measures :72 x 36 mm 4 mm sized calculus (800 HU) is noted in lower calyx of right kidney. Rightkidney shows moderate hydronephrosis with dilated upper ureter with presence of 11.5 x 7 mm sized calculus (1400hu) approximately 3.6 cm distal to the right PUJ. There is seen multiple cortical scarring and thinning of parenchyma involving the right kidney. No renal mass or other lesions. N Left kidney and ureter: LK measures :107x50 mm. No calculi. No hydronephrosis or hydroureter. No renal mass or other lesions. No urothelial lesions: No filling defect, dilation, stricture or wall thickening. Urinary bladder: Well distended. No evidence of calculi or obvious mass lesion. On post-contrast study, both the kidneys shows normal post-contrast enhancement and simultaneous excretion. IMPRESSION: 1. Right kidney shows moderate hydronephrosis with dilated upper ureter with presence of 11.5 x 7 mm sized calculus (1400hu) approximately 3.6 cm distal to the right PUJ. 2. Multiple cortical scarring and thinning of parenchyma involving the right kidney.
Ans: Need to consult an Urologist.
