Hi Mam. I am 40 years old single woman. I was very happy being single and doesn't not wanted to get married. Being single never bothered me actually. But few months back i met someone who is 9 years younger than me and i developed feelings for him. He doesn't feel same for me and never gave any signs . I don't know how to get out of this as I can't avoid him completely bcoz of some social work we do together. This thing is hurting me deep inside and 8 don't know how to deal with it. Pls help

I'm 25 year old. I'm in love with one guy since very long time. But didn't confess my feelings at that time, due to career building. Two years back I confessed my feelings to him. But not he is not accepting my praposal because he is already in relationship with his office colleague. He told me that if I could have asked him earlier, he would have thought about my praposal. But now there is no chance. I'm not able to like any other guy & my parents are forcing me for marriage. I'm not able to get over out of him as I'm in love with him since very long & I can't think about any other guy in that way. What to do

Move on...
There are many wonderful men out there who will be able to respect the reason as to why you couldn't approach them earlier.
There are many out there who will not send you on a guilt trip for whatever you thought was best at that time to do.
Clearly, this guy is on an ego trip and also respect the fact that he is in a relationship and move on...
No point waiting and no point feeling guilty...Move on and HOW?
By reminding yourself that the best is yet to come and that he is not the last human around for you.

Hi Mam. I am 40 years old single woman. I was happy being single and never had any issues regarding this. But few days back i suddenly started liking somone who is 10 yrs younger than me. We both work volunteer in social work. He doesn't feel same for me. He is luking for girl to get married. He never message nor called me except for work related issues. I also never told him abt my feelings as i know he will refuse. So i don't want to get myself embarrassed. Pls help me how to deal with this situation as i am feeling very upset and stressed all the time. As I can't properly avoid him.

Ans: As you stated you should not have issues in being single, its a choice you have made. And its awesome to know that you fancy someone and age did not matter to you. Having said this, you know he will not reciprocate your feeling, keeping this in mind, you need to start viewing him as a co-worker, it will be tough, but you need to do so for your own sanity. Also you should not read into anything in case he does something nice for you, by your message he seems to be clear that he sees you as a co-worker.

Dear Anu, please keep it anonymous. I am 36 year old , married and with a kid. Though i am married , i have fallen aparr from my spouse and we don’t stay together since many years. In the last couple of years, I fell in love with a much younger person who happens to be my colleague. We are a great couple sharing and caring. We have been intimate too. Now, since two months They are searching for my lover's marriage. There is no resistance from my lover for this. My lover also tell that it was to happen and we have no future, my parents wont allow. Im trying to keep distance but because of work we keep meeting. Everytime the push pull is eating me up...im unable to work. Please advise what should I do?

So, the younger chap had his fun and now when you look for emotional support, he talks of no future together.
What does this tell you? Should you allow yourself to be a part of the push and pull drama? Also, without a closure from your marriage, this is just going to be an off-on relationship. It's time you acknowledge that you are more into this than he is...
Safeguard your mind now by drawing lines where necessary...
As far as meeting at the workplace, you will now face resistance from him, he might even fail to acknowledge your presence...And this will hurt; that's why I suggested it's more than a heartbreak, a mind game...Become your own best friend and do the right think for yourself!

If you do not have any passion for core jobs, then it is advisable not to pursue the assigned branch. Consider exploring alternative options if feasible. However, the real question is, who misinformed you about core branches, and why did you accept that information without thoroughly understanding them? All core branches are excellent and consistently offer the best placement opportunities. Look into more opportunities related to the core branch.

Sir can I take part in BIT Mesra OBC counselling if I have completed my 10+12th from jharkhand but my obc ncl centralized certificate is from Bihar government?

Ans: Hello Shana
Answer is NO. BIT Mesra, situated in Jharkhand, generally mandates OBC certificates from the same state for admissions under the state quota, particularly if you have completed your 10+2 education in Jharkhand. The Bihar certificate is probably not valid for the Jharkhand quota.
