What are the ways to keep limb nerves healthy in diabetes type II?

Ans: Happy morning Madhupati,
1) Please ensure you are taking your Vit D3, Vit B12 and Calcium tablets regularly as prescribed by your Dr. As these vitamin supplements help the nerves too.
2) Nutrition plays a very important role for nerve health. Each one of us is different. So it is better to once see a good nutritionist and understand what kinds of foods are good for you. Examples are walnuts, pistachio, vegetable juices, lemon shots, mixed seeds etc.
3) Some form of exercise suitable to you like swimming, walking, yoga, pranayama done at least 5 days a week for 45-60 minutes each of the 5 days is very important.
